How can my business benefit from the Smile Advantage Plan and Save on Admistra

It’s no secret that employer-paid dental insurance premiums and costs are on the rise. Small and medium sized businesses, like yours, are struggling to provide much needed preventative dental care that your employees deserve due to these rising costs. In many cases, the employer simply drops the coverage altogether leaving employees to comb through the endless and expensive options that can be found online.
Unfortunately for many, the costs of paying for dental insurance without the assistance of an employer has become out of reach for millions of Americans. This leads to people missing out on the important preventative care that could not only save them money down the line, but also save their lives. The Smile Advantage Plan aims to address this increasing issue in the workplace. For further information about the plan, please continue reading below.

See how the Smile Advantage Plan can be the perfect solution for your business.

You may be wasting over 40% of your dental benefit premiums with traditional dental insurance.

If you provide traditional dental benefits to your employees, you pay full price whether that employee, or their covered dependents, actually utilize the benefit.  As a recent CDC* report explains, only 60%  of adults will visit the dentist this year, and only 80% of children. Use the calculator below to determine how much you can save by switching from traditional dental insurance to the Smile Advantage Plan.

Why should I consider the Smile Advantage Plan for my employees.

Providing access to quality dental care is not only great for your employees, it’s also great for your bottom line.  Consider these two points:

  • Preventative dental care can cut down on employee sick days due to issues that otherwise would have been properly cared for in the first place.

  • Studies have shown that providing a solid dental health plan to prospective employees can assist in recruiting the best possible talent. And once they are on board, you are more likely to retain them with a complete benefits package.

How do I offer Smile Advantage to my employees?

We recommend you offer the plan to your employees in one of two ways.

1. Purchase the Smile Advantage Plan for each of your qualified team members on an annual basis. As new employees come on board you may add additional plans. See Plan Terms and Conditions for more information on adding and removing employees from the plan.

2. If your company is unable to cover the cost of Smile Advantage for your employees, consider offering the plan as a recommendation or supplement to any other benefit you may be offering. We will be happy to work directly with your employees to set up the plan to meet their dental care needs. Many of our employers will even cover a percentage of the total cost through an employee reimbursement program. We would be happy to discuss options with you on a one-on-one basis.

The Smile Advantage Plan is a great alternative to traditional employer-paid dental health plans. Save money and retain your employees by providing this comprehensive option to your team.
